About My Self

My name is PANG TING HOW. My matric number is 213472. Currently i am a semester 5 banking student in UUM. i live in DPP EON. Everyone can agree that i am a good student and that i like to study. I am very active in joining event in university, it can let m learnt a lot of thing. By joining event, it can enhance my soft skill like communication skill, time management and it can enlarge my social network.

I can say that i am a responsible and a hard-working student. moreover, being a sociable person, i have many friend since i like to communicate with people and get to know new interesting individuals. I enjoy my time in UUM:it is really nice to study and the student are very friendly and ready to help. The atmosphere cannot but make me want to go there every time. I like to receive and deal with challenging tasks. I am a very enthusiastic student and i think this is a strong point of mine.

My friend say that i am a very funny and an intersting guy with a good sense of humor. A soon as i meet new people who are happy to meet me, I feel extremely comfortable with them. I believe that friendship is one of the most important values in human life. We exchange new ideas, find many interesting things about each other and experience new things. i appreciate friendship and people who surround me. I very enjoy my university life in UUM. I love UUM and love your all.

Each match of Dota 2 involves two teams, both containing five players and occupying a fortified stronghold at either end of the map. Victory is achieved by destroying the enemy's Ancient, which is invulnerable until certain objectives are achieved. Each player controls a "Hero" character and focuses on levelling up, acquiring items and fighting against the other team to achieve victory during each match.

Development of Dota 2 began in 2009, with the hiring of DotA developer "IceFrog" to serve as the sequel's lead designer. Dota 2 was praised by video game critics, who lauded it for remaining faithful to its predecessor while also increasing the level of production quality, as well as for its engaging and rewarding gameplay experience. However, Dota 2 was criticized for its steep learning curve and inhospitable community. The game has become the most played on Steam, with daily peaks of over 550,000 concurrent players.

My Hobby





First of all, my favorite hobby is jogging. When I am free, I will go jogging with my friend who same college with me.      Jogging or running is a popular form of physical activity. Regular running builds strong bones, improves cardiovascular fitness and helps to maintain a healthy weight. The difference between running and jogging is intensity, but both are forms of aerobic exercise.



Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can:

  • Help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise
  • Strengthen muscles
  • Improve cardiovascular fitness
  • Burn plenty of kilojoules
  • Help maintain a healthy weight.
     
  • It is a well-known fact that indulging in aerobic sports activity like badminton gives multiple health benefits and promotes longevity.
  • In fact it has been found that playing badminton till you get an increase in heart rate or mild breathlessness regularly in middle age lowers the risk of death by about 23% in the subsequent 20 years and improves longevity by at least 2 years. The optimal health benefits are achieved by playing badminton for at least 30 minutes a day after adequate warm up.
     
  • The main health benefit is reduction of bad cholesterol and increase in good cholesterol with regular badminton play. In our body, total cholesterol, triglycerides, low-density lipoproteins (LDL) and very low density lipoproteins (VLDL) are bad cholesterols and high-density lipoprotein (HDL) is the only good cholesterol.
